Overview
The Indian Army’s 10+2 Technical Entry Scheme (TES) is a direct officer-entry route for young candidates who have completed Class 12 with the science stream. The 57th course, forming the July 2027 batch, has 90 vacancies.
The short notice for this entry was released on the official Join Indian Army website on 6 October 2026. Candidates who appeared in JEE (Main) 2026 and meet the academic cut-off can submit the online application form between 14 October and 12 November 2026.

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational qualification: 10+2 (Intermediate) passed from a recognised board with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM stream).
- JEE (Main): Candidates must have appeared in JEE (Main) 2026 — this is now mandatory for the TES course.
- Age limit: 16.5 to 19.5 years as on 01 July 2027.
- Age relaxation applies as per Indian Army rules.
