UPSSSC Stenographer 09/2023 Document Upload 2026 – Upload by 11 November

The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has opened the online document upload window for the Stenographer Examination 2025 under Advertisement Number 09/2023. Candidates who qualified in the skill test held on 1 September 2026 can now upload their documents for verification.

Overview

UPSSSC is conducting the Stenographer recruitment under Advt No. 09/2023 for 333 posts of Stenographer. The written examination was held on 16 November 2025, the result was declared on 22 July 2026, and the skill test took place on 1 September 2026.

Now the Commission has moved to the next stage — document verification. Candidates shortlisted after the skill test must upload their documents through the official UPSSSC portal between 28 October 2026 and 11 November 2026.

Selection for the post happens through four stages: written exam, skill test, document verification and medical test.

Vacancy Details

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the Intermediate (12th) examination from a recognized board and hold a valid UPSSSC PET 2022 scorecard.
• Speed requirements: Hindi stenography speed of 80 words per minute and Hindi typing speed of 25 words per minute.
• Computer certificate: Candidates must have passed the NIELIT CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) examination.
• Age limit (as on 01 July 2023): Minimum 18 years, maximum 40 years. UPSSSC allows age relaxation for reserved categories as per its regulations.

The fee can be paid online through debit card, credit card, internet banking, IMPS, cash card or mobile wallet.

How to Upload Documents for DV

1. Visit the official UPSSSC website at upsssc.gov.in.
2. Open the “Online Document Upload Link” for the Stenographer (09/2023) recruitment.
3. Log in with your registration credentials on the applicant login page.
4. Upload the required documents in the specified format and size — typically your photo, signature, educational certificates, PET 2022 scorecard, CCC certificate and category certificate if applicable.
5. Preview every uploaded document carefully before final submission.
6. Submit the form and take a printout of the confirmation for future reference.

Note: the document upload window closes on 11 November 2026. Candidates are advised to complete the process well before the last date and to confirm all details from the UPSSSC official website.
