Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a retired Assistant Sub-Inspector, Sub-Inspector or Inspector of Police who has worked with the State Police.
- Must be a permanent resident of Odisha.
- Must be able to speak, read and write the Odia language.
- Must have an unblemished service record, with no major departmental punishment during service.
- Must have a Good or Very Good CCR/PAR grading for the continuous 60 months before superannuation.
- Must not have been convicted in any criminal case, and no criminal case should be pending.
- Must not have more than one spouse living.
- Must have vacated the official government quarter, if one was allotted.
