Most portals offer a ‘Forgot Registration Number’ option on the login page.
Use it with your name, date of birth and registered mobile number or email to recover the number.
Once recovered, log in normally and download the city intimation slip.
If recovery fails, contact the exam helpdesk given in the official notification.
Download the slip early so you can plan travel to your exam city.
