EWS candidates get 10 percent reservation in UPSC but no separate age relaxation.
The standard age limit of 21 to 32 years applies to EWS candidates, same as general category.
Age relaxation is available only for OBC, SC, ST, ex-servicemen and other notified categories.
You still need a valid EWS certificate for the relevant financial year to claim the reservation.
Always confirm from the current year’s official UPSC notification.
