RRB ALP candidates must meet the medical fitness standards prescribed for the post, which include strict vision standards — ALP requires the highest vision standard among railway posts. The medical examination is conducted at designated railway hospitals. Colour vision, hearing and general physical fitness are also tested. Candidates who do not meet the standard are declared unfit.
