First check whether the amount was actually debited from your bank account.
If debited but the application shows unpaid, wait 24 to 48 hours for auto-reconciliation.
Do not pay a second time immediately — double payments are hard to reverse.
If it is still unpaid, retry payment using a different card or net banking.
Keep the transaction reference number for any complaint to the helpline.
