Log in to the SSC website with your registration number and password.
Open the application status or my applications section and check that the form shows as submitted.
Confirm the application fee payment shows as successful — an unpaid form is treated as incomplete.
Download and save the application printout for your records.
If the status does not show submitted after payment, contact the SSC helpdesk with your registration details.
