Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification (post-wise)
- Staff Nurse: GNM or B.Sc Nursing with registration in the nursing council.
- ANM: ANM/MPHW (Female) training with required registration.
- Lab Technician: Intermediate with DMLT or B.Sc (Lab Technology), plus registration with the paramedical board.
- Pharmacist: D.Pharmacy or B.Pharmacy with pharmacy registration.
- Medical Officer (MBBS): MBBS degree with medical council registration.
- Medical Officer (Ayurveda): BAMS degree with registration.
- Ophthalmic Assistant: 12th with science subjects plus diploma in Ophthalmic Assistant/Optometry.
- Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist: Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy with registration.
- Refrigerator Mechanic: SSC/10th with diploma or ITI in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning; computer knowledge required.
- Physicians: MBBS or MD (General Medicine) with valid medical council registration.
- Pediatrician: MBBS with postgraduate qualification in paediatrics.
- District Accounts Officer: MBA (Finance) or M.Com with computer knowledge; experience conditions as per notification.
- Senior DOTS Plus TB HIV Supervisor: Graduate with computer certificate and a valid driving licence.
- MLHP/CHO: MBBS, BAMS or Nursing qualification as per notification; Community Health Bridge Course certificate may be required for some categories.

The fee must be paid through a Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of “The District Medical and Health Officer, Mahabubabad”. Applications not accompanied by the prescribed Demand Draft will be rejected.
How to Apply
- Download the application form from the Mahabubabad district official website (mahabubabad.telangana.gov.in) — available from 22-10-2026 to 29-10-2026.
- Fill in the form: name, father/husband name, date of birth, gender, community status, educational details and Demand Draft details.
- Attach self-attested copies of: SSC/date-of-birth certificate, Intermediate certificate, qualifying exam pass certificate, all years’ marks memos, registration certificates of the respective councils, community certificate, study certificates (Class 1 to 10), and PH/Ex-Serviceman certificates where applicable.
- Paste one recent passport-size photograph on the application form.
- Prepare the Demand Draft for your category (OC: Rs 500; BC/SC/ST: Rs 300) in favour of “The District Medical and Health Officer, Mahabubabad”.
- Submit the filled form with all enclosures in person or by registered post to: The District Medical and Health Officer (DMHO), Room No. F-25, O/o DMHO, Mahabubabad, IDOC-Mahabubabad, Telangana.
- Ensure the application reaches the office on or before 29 October 2026, 5:00 PM — late applications are summarily rejected.
- Selection is merit-based: 100 marks in total, with 90 marks on qualifying-exam marks and 10 marks on age (0.5 mark per completed year from age 18, reckoned as on 01/07/2026). The merit list will be displayed on the district website for objections. No written exam or interview has been announced.
