IBPS RRB PO (Officer Scale-I) selection has three stages: prelims, mains and interview.
Prelims is only qualifying — its marks do not count in the final merit.
The final merit is based on mains and interview marks in an 80:20 ratio.
After the interview, provisional allotment to regional rural banks is done on merit and preference.
