NABARD Grade A selection has three stages: prelims, mains and interview.
Prelims is only qualifying — its marks do not count in the final merit.
Mains has objective and descriptive papers as per the scheme in the notification.
The final merit is based on mains and interview marks.
After the interview, selected candidates go through document verification and medical examination.
