The Institute for Plasma Research (IPR) has released Advertisement No. 08/2026 for 58 temporary posts on project mode. These posts are temporary in nature and the appointment will be for a maximum period of three years.

Eligibility Criteria
- Project Scientific Officer: B.E./B.Tech. degree in the relevant engineering branch (Mechanical, Computer Science, or Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Instrumentation) with minimum 60% marks. Maximum age: 40 years.
- Project Scientific Assistant: Three-year diploma in the relevant engineering branch with minimum 60% marks. For the Physics post, B.Sc. in Physics is required. Maximum age: 35 years.
- Project Administrative Staff: Graduation in Arts, Commerce, Management, Science, Law or Computer Application with minimum 50% marks, plus a certified course in computers. Maximum age: 30 years.
