Eligibility Criteria
The minimum age is 18 years. The maximum age is 70 years for medical posts and 64 years for management posts. Qualification requirements differ by post:
- Nursing Officer / Staff Nurse: B.Sc. Nursing or GNM with live registration in the Chhattisgarh Nursing Registration Council.
- Community Health Officer: B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with Certificate in Community Health integrated course.
- Laboratory Technician: DMLT / BMLT / Pathology or relevant paramedical course with CG Paramedical Council registration.
- Physiotherapist: Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) with live registration.
- Dental Surgeon: MDS or BDS with registration in the C.G. Medical Council.
- MO-AYUSH: BHMS / BAMS / BUMS degree with registration from a recognised AYUSH Board.
- ANM: 12th pass plus ANM course from an INC-affiliated training centre with live CG Nursing Council registration.
- Pharmacist: Degree / Diploma in Pharmacy with CG Pharmacy Registration Council registration.
- Radiographer: 12th (Science) plus a recognised X-ray technician / radiographer course with CG Paramedical Council registration.
- Block Account Manager: B.Com with minimum 55% plus PGDCA and Tally knowledge.
- Block Manager Data: Graduation with 55% plus PGDCA, or BCA with 55%.
- Jr. Secretarial Assistant: 12th pass with at least a one-year diploma in Computer Application.
- MPW (Male): 12th with Biology plus one-year MPW diploma or equivalent recognised training with registration.
- Class IV: 10th pass. Attendant / Cook cum Care Taker / Cleaner: 8th pass.
- Monthly pay: ranges from Rs. 8,800 to Rs. 27,500 depending on the post (Dental Surgeon: Rs. 27,500; MO-AYUSH: Rs. 25,000; Nursing Officer: Rs. 16,500; Attendant / Cook / Cleaner: Rs. 8,800).

Application Fee
