📢 The Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) Cell, Station Headquarters Secunderabad has announced a recruitment drive for 96 medical, para-medical and non-medical posts on a contractual basis for ECHS Polyclinics in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Applications must be sent offline by post so that they reach the office on or before 04 October 2026. There is no application fee, and preference will be given to ex-servicemen as per merit.

Eligibility Criteria
- Medical Specialist: MD/MS in General Medicine
- Medical Officer: MBBS Degree
- Dental Officer: BDS Degree
- Officer-in-Charge: Graduate, retired Defence Officer drawing pension from CDA
- Dental A/T/H: Diploma in Dental Hygienist OR Class-I DH/DORA course (Armed Forces)
- Pharmacist: B. Pharmacy OR 10+2 with Science and Diploma in Pharmacy
- Lab Technician: B.Sc in Medical Lab Technology (MLT) OR 10+2 with Science and DMLT
- Lab Assistant: DMLT OR Class-I Lab Technician course (Armed Forces)
- Nursing Assistant: BSc Nursing / GNM / Diploma / Class-I Nursing Assistant course certificate
- Physiotherapist: Diploma OR Class-I Physiotherapist course (Armed Forces)
- Data Entry Operator / Clerk: Graduate OR Class-I Clerical Trade (Armed Forces)
- Clerk: Graduate OR Class-I Clerical Trade (Armed Forces)
- Female Attendant: Literate (basic reading and writing skills)
- Chowkidar: 8th class pass OR GD Trade for Armed Forces personnel
- Safaiwala: Literate (basic reading and writing skills)
- Peon: 8th class pass OR GD Trade (Armed Forces)
- Age Limit: As per ECHS rules and regulations.
- Selection Process: Written test followed by interview for written-test qualified candidates. The date and time of the written test will be intimated to accepted applicants through email. No TA/DA is admissible.

How to Apply
The application mode is strictly offline. Online applications will not be accepted.
- Download the application form from the official ECHS website under the “Employment Opportunities” section.
- Fill the application form as per the given format.
- Attach self-attested photocopies of: educational qualification certificates (with mark sheets), work experience certificates, registration certificates (for medical and para-medical staff), and discharge book & PPO (for ex-servicemen).
