- Associate Professor: MD / MS / M.Ch / D.M / MDS with 3–6 years of teaching or research experience.
- Assistant Professor: MD / MS / M.Ch / D.M / MDS with 0–3 years of teaching or research experience.
- Associate Professor (Reader), College of Nursing: M.Sc Nursing with 8 years of experience, including 5 years of teaching experience.
- Age limit: Maximum 58 years for all posts (as on the closing date). Age relaxation applies as per AIIMS / Government of India rules.
