Overview
IBPS has activated the mains call letter download link for the Specialist Officer (CRP SPL XVI) recruitment 2026. The mains exam is the second written stage of the selection process, meant for candidates who cleared the preliminary exam held in August 2026.
This recruitment covers six specialist posts — IT Officer, Agriculture Field Officer, Rajbasha Adhikari, Law Officer, HR/Personnel Officer and Marketing Officer — across participating banks, with 1,035 vacancies in total. The mains result is expected in November 2026, as per the official schedule.

Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as on 01/07/2026): Minimum 20 years, maximum 30 years. Age relaxation applies as per the official IBPS Specialist Officer SO 16th examination rules.
Educational Qualification (post-wise):
- IT Officer Scale I: Bachelor’s degree with B-level certificate, or engineering degree in Computer Science / Computer Applications / Information Technology / Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation, or Master’s degree.
- Agriculture Field Officer Scale I: Bachelor’s degree in engineering with Agriculture, or equivalent subject.
- Rajbasha Adhikari: Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a subject at degree level, or Master’s degree in Sanskrit with Hindi and English at degree level.
- Law Officer Scale I: Bachelor’s degree in Law (3 years or 5 years), enrolled with the Bar Council.
- HR / Personnel Officer Scale I: Master’s degree or PG Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / HR / HRD / Social Work / Labour Law.
- Marketing Officer Scale I: Master’s degree or PG Diploma in Marketing / PGDBA / PGDBM / PGPM / PGDM.

How to Download
- Visit the official IBPS website at ibps.in and open the CRP Specialist Officers (CRP SPL XVI) section.
- Find and click the “Download Mains Admit Card / Call Letter” link.
- Enter your registration number or roll number along with your date of birth or password.
- Submit the details to view your call letter on the screen.
- Download and print the admit card — carry it to the exam centre with a valid photo ID.
