Overview
The Airports Authority of India (AAI) invited online applications for the recruitment of Managers and Junior Executives in various disciplines under Advt. No. 12/2026/CHQ/DR-CBT. A total of 389 vacancies are on offer across engineering, finance, law, operations, fire services, IT, architecture and corporate functions.
The Computer Based Test (CBT) will be held online on 21–26 October 2026. Admit cards are available for download from 14 October 2026.

Age Limit
The age limit was reckoned as on 07 September 2026: maximum 27 years for Junior Executive posts and maximum 32 years for Manager posts. Age relaxation applies as per the AAI Manager, Junior Executive Examination 2026 rules.
How to Download Admit Card
- Open the official admit card login link given in the Important Links section below, or visit the AAI official website and go to the Careers section.
- Find the page titled “Recruitment of Managers and Junior Executives in Various Disciplines – Call Letter for Online Examination”.
- Enter your Registration No. / Roll No.
- Enter your Password or your Date of Birth in DD-MM-YY format.
- Enter the captcha code shown on the screen and click Login.
- Your admit card will appear on the screen — check the exam date, shift, reporting time and centre address, then download the PDF and take a printout.
Carry the printed admit card along with an original valid photo ID and a passport-size photograph to the exam centre.
