Overview
Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Navi Mumbai has released the apprentice recruitment notification for 2026 for its Graduate, Diploma and ITI apprentice positions. 📢 A total of 29 apprentice posts are on offer, with selection through a walk-in interview and a monthly stipend of up to ₹17,500.
Interested candidates must register on the NATS/NAPS portals in advance and appear for the walk-in interview at the BEL Navi Mumbai unit on 22 or 23 October 2026. There is no application fee.

The apprenticeship training period is one year.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate Apprentice (Engineering): B.E./B.Tech in the relevant branch, completed on or after 01 October 2023.
- Graduate Apprentice (General streams): B.Sc, B.Com or B.A. in the relevant discipline, completed on or after 01 October 2023.
- Diploma Apprentice: Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline, completed on or after 01 October 2023.
- ITI Apprentice: ITI certificate in the relevant trade issued by NCVT / SCVT.

Selection Process
There is no written examination for this recruitment. Selection will be made in the following stages:
- Interview (qualifying marks: 35% for General / EWS / OBC-NCL, 30% for SC / ST / PwBD)
- Document Verification
Final selection is based on interview performance and eligibility verification.
How to Apply

- Graduate and Diploma candidates should register on the NATS portal (nats.education.gov.in).
- ITI candidates should register on the NAPS portal (apprenticeshipindia.gov.in).
- Complete the registration and keep the NATS/NAPS registration number or enrolment email ready.
- Prepare the application form mentioned in the official notification and collect all original certificates with one set of photocopies.
