Overview
The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) announced the revision on October 22, 2026, through its official social media handle. The decision follows requests from teaching aspirants after the exam date clashed with the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) and Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) examinations scheduled on the same day.
Thousands of candidates appear for both the national and state-level exams. To prevent administrative conflict and candidate dropouts, the board has shifted only the November 4 paper to November 21, 2026.

This update does not announce any new vacancies. Vacancy details were part of the original Bihar STET 2026 notification issued earlier by BSEB.
