The Himachal Pradesh High Court has notified 15 vacancies across four posts — Librarian, Peon, Mali and Cook-cum-Attendant. While the Librarian post needs a Library Science qualification with experience, the remaining three posts are open to 10th-pass candidates with the prescribed experience where applicable.

Eligibility Criteria
- Librarian: Graduation with a Post Graduate Diploma in Library Science, OR a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Library Science. Candidates must also have 3 years’ experience as Library Attendant or a higher post in a related field.
- Peon: Matriculation (10th pass) from a recognized Board. No experience required.
- Mali: Matriculation (10th pass) from a recognized Board, plus 3 years’ experience in gardening.
- Cook-cum-Attendant: Matriculation (10th pass) from a recognized Board, plus 3 years’ experience in cooking in a Government undertaking or a reputed hotel.
Age limit: the applicant must be between 18 and 35 years of age.
