Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: 4-year B.Sc. Agriculture degree with M.Sc. Agriculture (Second Class).
- Desirable: M.Sc. Agriculture (First Class or above).
- Other Requirement: Knowledge of the customs, dialects and local conditions of Himachal Pradesh.
- Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026): Minimum 18 years, maximum 45 years.

Selection Process
Selection will be done in three stages:
- Paper-I — Screening Test: Objective-type MCQs, 100 marks. Subjects: General Knowledge of Himachal Pradesh, General Knowledge of National & International Affairs, Hindi Language and English Language.
- Paper-II — Subject Aptitude Test (SAT): Descriptive test, 120 marks.
- Personality Test: 30 marks.
