Overview
IBPS has issued the Pre-Examination Training (PET) admit card for its Clerk (Customer Service Associates) 16th examination, 2026. The hall ticket has been available for download since 28 September 2026, and the PET will be conducted on 3 October 2026.
This recruitment covers 11,403 Clerk (Customer Service Associate) posts. Selection will go through an online preliminary exam, an online mains exam, an interview, and document verification. The preliminary examination date and its admit card will be announced later.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognised university in India.
- Computer literacy (mandatory): Certificate/diploma/degree in computer operations or language, or Computer/Information Technology as a subject in high school, college, or institute.
- Age (as on 1 August 2026): 20 to 28 years. Age relaxation applies as per IBPS rules.
- Candidates are advised to read the official notification carefully before applying, including the desirable experience and knowledge requirements.

How to Download PET Admit Card
- Open the IBPS portal at ibpsonline.ibps.in or the IBPS official website ibps.in.
- Go to the Admit Card section and find the link for “IBPS Clerk (CSA) 16th PET Admit Card 2026”.
- Log in using your enrollment number, registration number, or date of birth.
- Check the examination date, shift, reporting time, and other instructions on the screen.
- Download the admit card PDF, save it, and take a printout for the exam day.
