Vacancy Details
A total of 16 Head Constable (Education & Stress Counsellor) posts have been announced — 14 for male candidates and 2 for female candidates. The category-wise breakup is given below:

The post carries Pay Level-4 (Rs. 25,500 – 81,100) as per the 7th CPC, along with allowances admissible to central government employees.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: A degree from a recognised university (or equivalent) with Psychology as a subject, OR a degree from a recognised university with Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Bachelor of Teaching (B.T.) or equivalent.
- Age Limit (as on 27 October 2026): Minimum 20 years and maximum 25 years. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC and ex-servicemen as per government rules.
- Nationality: Indian citizens (male and female) are eligible.

Candidates will be selected through the following stages:
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Physical Standard Test (PST)
- Written Examination
- Verification of Original Documents
- Detailed Medical Examination (DME) / Review Medical Examination (RME)

- The online application link will be activated on 28 September 2026.
- Register with a valid email ID and active mobile number.
