How to Apply
There is no online application portal for this recruitment. Candidates must apply offline through Registered Post / Speed Post only:
- Visit the official website of Simdega district and download the NHM Simdega Recruitment 2026 notification and the prescribed application form.
- Read the complete notification carefully before filling the form.
- Fill in personal, educational, training and experience details in the prescribed format, listing educational qualifications from the highest qualification down to at least 10th standard.
- Attach self-attested copies of educational certificates and mark sheets, category certificate, residence certificate, matriculation certificate (for date of birth), computer proficiency certificate (where applicable), and two self-attested passport-size photographs.
- Attach a declaration / affidavit and a medical fitness certificate issued by a registered Civil Surgeon.
- Attach the Demand Draft for the applicable fee in favour of “District Rural Health Society, Simdega-RCH”, payable at Simdega.
- Write the Advertisement Number, Post Code and Post Name clearly on the top of the envelope.
