The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Raipur has invited online applications for Non-Teaching / Non-Faculty posts under its 2026 recruitment drive.
A total of 37 regular vacancies are on offer across six posts — Superintendent, Technical Assistant, Senior Assistant, Senior Technician, Technician and Office Attendant. Candidates can apply online through the institute’s official website from 1 October 2026.

Eligibility Criteria
- Superintendent: First Class Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks from a recognized University/Institute, along with knowledge of computer applications such as word processing and spreadsheets.
- Technical Assistant: B.E./B.Tech., M.Sc., MCA or Diploma in the relevant subject, depending on the specialization.
- Senior Assistant: Senior Secondary (10+2) from a recognized Board, with knowledge of computer word processing and spreadsheets and a typing speed of 35 words per minute.
- Senior Technician: 10+2 in Science with Chemistry as a subject and at least 60% marks.
- Technician: 10th, 10+2, ITI or 3-year Diploma, depending on the relevant trade/specialization — including Computer, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Mining, Chemistry, Metallurgical & Materials Engineering and related fields.
- Office Attendant: Senior Secondary (10+2) from a recognized Board.

Selection Process
Candidates will be selected through a Screening Test, followed by a Skill Test (qualifying in nature) for the Superintendent and Senior Assistant posts.
