IBPS PO requires a graduation degree, and the notification specifies a cut-off date by which you must have it.
Final-year students can apply only if their degree result is declared before that cut-off date.
If your result comes after the cut-off date, you are not eligible that year.
Keep your degree certificate or provisional certificate ready for the interview stage.
