IBPS holds exams in multiple shifts, so it uses the equi-percentile method to normalise scores across shifts. Your raw score is converted based on how you performed relative to others in your shift, so a tougher shift does not disadvantage its candidates. The normalised score is reported up to two decimal places. Only the normalised score is used for cut-offs and merit.
