SSC CGL cutoffs are decided after the exam based on vacancies, the number of candidates and paper difficulty. Separate cutoffs are released for UR, OBC, SC, ST and EWS categories. The cutoff also varies by post. Past year cutoffs give a rough idea, but each year’s cutoff is fresh. The official cutoff is published in the result write-up on the SSC website.
