When the notification is out, open the official ESIC website and go to the recruitment section. Register with your basic details and fill the online application form for the Upper Division Clerk post. Upload your photo and signature in the format given in the notification. Pay the application fee online and submit the form before the last date. Save the application printout and note your registration number for the admit card.
