When the notification is out, open the UPSC website and fill the NDA application in two parts. Part I is basic registration; Part II covers the fee payment, exam centre choice and photo/signature upload. Submit before the last date and save the application printout. Eligibility — unmarried candidates within the notified age band who have passed or are appearing in 12th — is detailed in the official UPSC notification.
