Log in to the SSC website with your registration number and password.
Go to the application history or ‘My Applications’ section of your account.
Open the CHSL application and use the print option to download the PDF.
Save the printout — it is useful for the correction window and document verification.
The printout is usually available only until the next stage of the exam process.
