Apply at your tehsil or SDM office, or through your state’s online citizen portal.
Submit identity proof, address proof and caste proof along with income proof.
Ask for the certificate in the central government’s prescribed format, not only the state format.
Make sure it states non-creamy layer status for the relevant financial year.
The certificate must be valid as on the cut-off date given in the job notification.
