The Physical Standard Test for SSC GD checks height, weight and chest measurement for male candidates.
Chest is measured unexpanded and expanded, with a minimum expansion required.
Standards and relaxations differ by category and region.
The exact measurements are in the official SSC GD notification — always go by that document.
