SSC CGL prelims (Tier-1) is a single computer-based screening test for all applicants, and its marks are not counted in the final merit. Mains (Tier-2) is for prelims-qualified candidates and has multiple papers with a data entry speed test module. Your final merit is based on Tier-2 marks.
