ESIC MTS selection has a written exam in two phases — prelims and mains — followed by document verification. Prelims is only qualifying, and the final merit is based on mains marks. The written exam covers general intelligence, English, quantitative aptitude and general awareness. The exact scheme and syllabus are given in the official ESIC notification.
