IBPS SO selection has three stages: prelims, mains and interview. Prelims tests English, Reasoning and General Awareness with a banking focus. Mains is a Professional Knowledge paper for your specialisation — IT, Agriculture, Marketing, Law, HR or Rajbhasha. The final merit combines mains and interview marks in an 80:20 ratio.
