NABARD Grade B selection has prelims, mains and an interview. Prelims is only qualifying, and the final merit is based on mains and interview marks. Mains includes papers on economic and social issues, agriculture and rural development, and English. The exact scheme and syllabus are given in the official NABARD notification.
