UGC NET stands for University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test. It is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) to determine eligibility for Assistant Professor posts and the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). The exam is held for many subjects, and candidates apply for the subject of their post-graduation. Admit cards, answer keys and results are published on the official NTA website.
