SSC CPO physical standards set different minimum heights for male and female candidates.
The standards are lower for candidates from hill areas and scheduled tribes, as the notification specifies.
Height is measured without shoes during the Physical Standard Test.
Chest measurement standards apply to male candidates, with a minimum expansion requirement.
Check the official notification for the exact figures — they can differ between recruitments.
