SSC CPO (Sub Inspector in Delhi Police and CAPFs) includes a Physical Endurance Test after the written exam.
Male candidates typically run 100 metres and 1.6 km within the given time limits; female candidates have separate standards.
The PET also includes events like long jump, high jump and shot put.
Candidates who fail the PET do not move to the next stage, so physical preparation matters.
Always check the official SSC CPO notification for the exact current standards.
