IBPS RRB Clerk (Office Assistant Multipurpose) selection has two stages: prelims and mains. There is no interview — the final merit is based on mains marks alone. Prelims is qualifying in nature and its marks do not count in the final merit. After the mains, provisional allotment to regional rural banks is done on merit and preferences.
