Indian Navy MR (Matric Recruit) selection starts with an online computer-based examination. Shortlisted candidates are called for the Physical Fitness Test, which includes running, squats and push-ups. After that come the medical examination and document verification. The final merit list is prepared on the basis of the written exam marks.
