UPPSC PCS selection has three stages: preliminary exam, main exam and interview. The prelims is only a screening test and its marks do not count in the final merit. The final merit is based on mains and interview marks. After the interview, document verification is done before the final result. The full syllabus is given in the official UPPSC notification.
