The SSB interview is the 5-day selection process for officer entries in the Army, Navy and Air Force.
It has two stages: Stage I (screening with OIR and PPDT) and Stage II (psychology tests, GTO tasks and a personal interview).
A medical examination follows for candidates recommended by the board.
Final merit combines the written exam marks and the SSB recommendation.
