Overview
🎉 The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the final marks / scorecards for the Stenographer Grade C & D Examination 2025 on 07 October 2026. Candidates who appeared in the selection process can now log in to the official SSC portal with their Registration Number and Date of Birth to view and download their individual marks.
The marks are available from 07 October 2026 to 06 November 2026 (06:00 PM), after which the link will be closed. This follows the final result declared on 25 August 2026 for a total of 1,590 Stenographer posts across central ministries and departments.

Vacancy Details
SSC conducted the Stenographer Grade C & D Examination 2025 for recruitment of Stenographers in various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 10+2 (Intermediate) examination from any recognized board in India.
Skill Test: As part of the selection process, candidates had to qualify the stenography skill test. For Grade C, transcription time was 40 minutes for English and 55 minutes for Hindi. For Grade D, transcription time was 50 minutes for English and 65 minutes for Hindi.
Age Limit (as on 01 August 2025):
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 27 Years (Grade D)
- Maximum Age: 30 Years (Grade C)
- Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.

How to Check & Download Marks
Candidates can check their individual marks / scorecard by following these steps:
- Visit the official SSC website at ssc.gov.in.
- Go to the Results section on the homepage.
- Find the link for Stenographer Grade C & D 2025 Marks.
- Log in using your Registration Number and Date of Birth.
- Your marks / scorecard will appear on the screen.
- Download and save the scorecard for future reference.
The marks link is live from 07 October 2026 and will remain available only till 06 November 2026 (06:00 PM), so check your score well before the deadline.
