The UP Police SI Physical Efficiency Test includes a timed race for male and female candidates, with different timings for each. It also includes a long jump and other qualifying events as per the notification. The Physical Standard Test checks height and chest measurements separately. The exact race timings and standards are given in the official UP Police SI notification, so always go by that document.
