The PET is the Physical Efficiency Test held after the written exam for SSC GD Constable.
It includes a timed run plus events like long jump and high jump as per the official norms.
Male and female candidates have separate qualifying standards announced in the notification.
Failing any PET event means disqualification, so practice within the official standards.
