The SSC GD physical test has separate standards for female candidates.
It includes a timed race over a shorter distance than the male race, plus events like long jump and high jump.
Female candidates also go through the Physical Standard Test for height and weight.
The exact qualifying standards are given in the official SSC GD notification.
Start physical preparation early, since the PET is qualifying and mandatory.
