What is the difference between CBT-1 and CBT-2 in railway exams?

In RRB exams like NTPC, CBT-1 is the first screening test for all applicants, and CBT-2 is the second stage for those who qualify CBT-1.

The syllabus is similar but CBT-2 has more questions and a higher difficulty level.

After CBT-2 come the aptitude or typing test for relevant posts, then document verification and medical.
